One of the most popular and highly desired areas of the Naples beach area are homes and condos that are considered to be West of US 41 (Tamiami Trail).
The West of 41 area (zip codes – 34102, 34103, and 34108) covers the area from Keewaydin Island on the south to Bonita Beach Road on the north, west of Bayshore Drive, and obviously, west of US 41 on the east.
In this area you can find multi-million dollar homes and luxury high-rise beachfront condos along the Gulf of Mexico coastline. There are also modestly priced residences in some of the smaller and older subdivisions of the area. Single family homes can be on the market from the mid $200,000′s in Naples Park to over $20,000,000 in the exclusive Port Royal area. Condominiums range in price from the high $100,000′s (but be forewarned these are converted hotel rooms with less than 500 square feet) to over $10,000,000 for a luxury high-rise condo in the exclusive Bay Colony subdivision in Pelican Bay.
If you want to be within a short walk, bike ride or no further than a little more than a mile from the Naples beaches. Some of the residences have access direct access to the gulf or docks on the bays and inlets for those that enjoy boating.
