- 2 months of bank statements
- 2 years of tax returns
- Credit report - requested by the seller
- Closing documents associated with the purchase or refinance
- Hardship letter - very detailed
- Lender(s) account numbers and phone numbers
- 4 weeks of paycheck stubs
- Family budget - with statements of where budget has been reduced
- Copy of driver’s license
- Social Security numbers
The real estate may also ask you to seek the counsel of a real estate attorney and a certified public account with expertise in income tax preparation.
