Portofino at Pelican Marsh in Naples is a separate luxury gated community in Pelican Marsh of singe-family villa style homes. Portofino consists of only 43 two, three and four bedroom one and two story residences and perfectly situated along the Pelican Marsh golf course. The lawn and landscaping maintenance is provided by the homeowners association.

The Altessa -

The Bardini II -

is a two story residence – the first floor has 2957 square feet of living area and the second floor has 335 for a total a total of 3292. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with the great room, eat-in kitchen, and in-house laundry room. The second has the fourth bedroom and fourth bathroom. Some homes may have a summer or outdoor kitchen area on the rear lanai.

The Chateau -

a one story home offering two separate floor plans. One floor plan has 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2 and one half bathrooms with 2812 square feet of living area. The second floor plan has 3 bedrooms, den, and 3.5 bathrooms with 2979 square feet of living area.

The Da Vinci -

is a courtyard style home with a separate guest suite for a total of 3359 square feet of living area. The main living area of the home includes 2 or 3 bedrooms (the third bedroom can be a den) with 3 bathrooms, separate family room, living room, dining room, and gallery. The El Greco -

is similar to the Da Vinci model except that the master bedroom, rather than being in the rear outside corner it is located within the interior. The living area of this model is 3028 square feet. The guest suite is identical to the Da Vinci.
