Naples South

The Naples South area (zip codes 34113 and 34114) covers the area from south of Rattlesnake Hammock Road on the north down to, but not including Marco Island on the south.

To the west of this area is the Naples west of 41, to the north is Central Naples, to the northeast is the Golden Gate Estates, and North Naples is located to north of Central Naples.

The area is a combination of older, higher density communities with newer communities and less density.  The area is particularly noted for its easy access to the Old Naples area and Marco Island.

Some of the major communities in this area, includes Lely Resort, Verona Walk, Reflection Lakes, Fiddler’s Creek, Hammock Bay, Lely Golf Estates, Lely Royal Palm, Naples Manor, Trail Acres, and Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club.

Treviso Bay, a TPC (Tournament Players Club) golf course community is also located within this area. Treviso Bay will offer a broad range of residences – coach homes, detached villas, attached villas, high-rise condominiums, estate homes, and custom homes.
