Wyndemere is a small exclusive country club Naples gated community located close to the center of Naples. Situated on 450 acres are 634 residences comprised of condominiums, villas and single-family homes.
Amenities for this gated community include 27 holes of championship golf designed by Arthur Hills, 12 Har-Tru tennis courts, 44,000-square-foot Clubhouse, heated pool and state-of-the-art fitness center. All residents of Wyndemere are members of the club. They own the club and elect a board of directors to manage it. Wyndemere is financially sound and debt-free. The golf initiation fee is currently $72,000 and is 75% equity. (Equity refers to the portion of the initiation fee returned to you should you terminate your membership.) Wyndemere Country Club memberships are limited to 485 for 27 holes so members can easily obtain the tee times they desire.
The landscaping at Wyndemere is lush, mature and beautifully manicured. The 27 greens are Tifeagle, a new ultra dwarf hybrid grass that has a narrower blade that can be cut shorter. Social memberships also are available and include all club privileges (excluding golf).
