Naples Central

Central Naples (zip codes are 34105, 34112, 34116, and 34119) encompasses the following area - east of Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41) to Collier Boulevard (County Road 951) on the east, south of Pine Ridge Road to Rattlesnake Hammock Road on the south.

To the west of this area is the Naples west of 41, to the north is North Naples, to the south is South Naples, and to the east is the Golden Gate Estates areas.

The Central Naples area is popular because of its mix of older and newer construction, as well as, a short drive to the beaches, Olde Naples and the US 41 (Tamiami Trail) commercial area.

In this area there are a number of Naples golf course communities - both bundled and private.  Bundled golf course communities found in this area include:  Naples Lakes Country Club, Naples Heritage, Cedar Hammock, Forest Glen, Foxfire, Countryside Golf Club, and Glen Eagle.  Private golf communities are: Grey Oaks, Wyndemere, and The Estuary.

The median price for a single family home in the central Naples area is approximately $400,000 and the condominiums at about $205,000.

The Collier County District School Board administers the following schools within this area:  Vineyards Elementary, Poinciana Elementary, Lake Park Elementary, Shadowlawn Elementary, Avalon Elementary, Lely Elementary, East Naples Middle, Gulfview Middle, Pine Ridge Middle, Barron Collier High, Naples High, Golden Gate High, and Lely High.

Collier County Parks in this area are:

  • East Naples Community Park is a hub for both adult and youth activities with fitness programs, after school care, senior programs, a skating park, playground and community center.
  • Golden Gate Community Center is one of Collier County’s busiest parks, because it is located in central Collier County where many families rely on Parks to care for their children with services through After School and Summer Camp programs. Wheels Skate and BMX Park showcases dozens of competitions throughout the year for both kids and adults. The BMX track offers a unique opportunity for Bicycle MotoCross enthusiasts to practice and improve their sport skills. Wheels features Friday Night BMX races.  Wheels also offers a small skateboard area.
