Naples Condo Activity - Aug. 07

Naples condo activity for the month of August 2007 with comparative activity for the 2006 is shown in the table below.  Overall, due to the changes in activity levels - it would appear that the inventory of available condominiums is slowly working down.  The median price for Naples condos sold in August showed about a 1.5% decrease.

New listings, properties coming on the market are lower than last August.  Pending sales, those condominiums where a contract to purchase has been successfully negotiated are lower.  Closed sales of condominiums are lower.  Median price paid for a condominium is down slightly - about 1.5%.  Days on market have increased slightly.  Condominiums that failed to sell increased slightly.
