The month of September is usually a slow month for the Naples Florida real estate market. This year proved no different, however, single family home sales did show a drop in closed sales volume from the same month last year.
This September there were a total of 172 closed sales. While last year (September 2005) the Naples Florida area had a total of 319 homes recorded as being sold.
