Admiralty Point 1 (West) is one of the most uniquely shaped buildings in the entire Moorings development. This building is unique in that the outer condos only go up to the second floor, while each inner floor goes all the way up to nine floors total in the center. This is a vertical stack, which means there are no hallways between all the apartments, with only 9 or so elevators servicing all units. This gives this building an extra layer of security, as only residents with access to a particular elevator can use it. Admiralty Point 1 is a very low density building in this regard. Chateau of Naples
There are three five buildings at Chateau, with two of them right on the Gulf. Each of those two story buildings contain three bedroom units, while the three buildings next to Gulf Shore Boulevard are three story two bedroom units.. Most units will pass from owner to another family member, so unless you have a relative living here it is highly unlikely that you’ll get an opportunity to buy one. If you do get a unit, you must meet the 55 and older requirement along with the no pet restriction. Most residents are seasonal and elderly, although over time the general population has been getting relatively younger by Naples standards (still 55 and up though).
